JWD posts Q3/2022 revenue of 1.593 billion baht a 15% growth according to target Set goal is for Q4/2022 to be year’s best performance Through aggressive expansion plan following major deal

JWD announced the Q3/2022 performance with a total revenue of 1.593 billion baht which is a 15-percent growth over the same period of the previous year according to plan. The Company has set the target for Q4/2022 to be the year’s best in anticipation of the high season of the business as well as the expectation for the overall economic recovery that will in turn result in the increase demand for logistics and supply chain services. Meanwhile, the Management is set to aggressively expand the business according to plan following the recent announcement of the major merger deal as the new partner is expected to help increase the capability and strength in all areas.

the Q3/2022 performance was in accordance with the set goal as the record revenue topped 1.593 billion baht, or a 14.8-percent increase over the same period of the previous year, and a 13.9-percent increase over the previous quarter, respectively. The growth was ascribed to the continuous business expansion and the increased demand for logistics and supply chain services as a result of the steady recovery of the economy. The net profit for the quarter was 111.7 million baht, a decline from the same period of the previous year due to the rising costs in line with the economic conditions and the recording of expenses related to merger transactions.

On November 17, 2022, one of JWD Group’s companies, Bok Seng PPSEZ Dry Port from Cambodia, led by Mr.Jaws Tamilarasan, Country Director was a representative to accept CSR Excellence Awards 2022 in the category of Safety Driving. The event was held by The American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (AmCham).

On November 24-25, 2022, Mr. Charvanin Bunditkitsada, CEO, Mr. Jitchai Nimitpanya, Deputy CEO and management team from all JWD affiliated companies took part in a brainstorming session “JWD Strategy & Budgeting 2023” for business planning and operational strategy” aimed at strengthening, with “SCGJWD”, to be ASEAN largest integrated logistics and Supply Chain Services Provider with the target Market Capitalization at THB 100 Billion in 2027.

On November 23, 2022, Pacific Cold Storage Co.,Ltd in affiliated with JWD led by Mr. Pratit Wongphimaykham, General Manager, as the representative receiver, accepted the “Excellent Award 2022 for Safety, Occupational Health and Work Environment: National level”, from Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, the Ministry of Labour. On November 4, 2022, the Department of Occupational Safety Health and Environment of JWD together with Hutchison Ports Thailand participated in emergency response planning activity for employees and concerned departments to be ready in the event of a leakage involving dangerous goods, or fire involving at Port C1 and C2, Laem Chabang Port.

Dangerous Goods Warehouse, JWD with Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Department Participate in The 2nd IHR Joint External Assessment of 2022

On November 1, 2022, Dangerous Goods Warehouse, JWD with Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Department joined in the 2nd IHR Joint External Assessment of 2022. The assessors from The World Health Organization (WHO) led by Dr. Rajesh Sreedharan carried out the assessment on handling of chemical and radioactive substances, as well as visiting the dangerous goods storage yard. The Dangerous Goods Warehouse led by Mr. Pawat Mongkoldechachot, DG Operation Division Manager, was the host to welcome and greeting all inspectors.
