JWD Wins the honorary award for the outstanding model establishment -for Safety, Occupational Health and Working Environment Year 2022 National Level (Gold Level)

On September 30, Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Department received the honorary award for outstanding business model Safety, Occupational Health and Working Environment Year 2022, National Level (Gold Level), Year 2, organized by the Ministry of Labor under the Thailand Labor Management Excellence Award 2022 project.

AutoLogic Holds the Company Blessing Ceremony 2022

On September 29, JWD management team and employees joined giving alms and food to the monks and Buddhist chanting ceremony for greater auspicious of the organisation and also morale of all employees.

Dr. Eakapong Tungsrisanguan, the Chief Financial Officer of JWD, Delivers a Lecture to Students of The Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (BBA) International Program

Dr. Eakapong Tungsrisanguan, CFO, JWD was invited by Thammasat University to be a special speaker to present a lecture on the “Deal Structuring in Fund Raising & M&A” to the undergraduate students of the Business Administration (BBA) International Program which the class taken at JWD Co-working Space, Sam Yan.

JWD Participates in the Charity Sport Events and Provides Scholarships for Medical Students

JWD led by the Dangerous Goods Warehouse Department participated in the charity sport events arranged by Laem Chabang Port Customs Office to raise funds and provided scholarships for medical students from The Medical Student Scholarships Foundation for Benefits of Mankind in which almost 22 departments from the government agencies and public organizations joined the event. The Dangerous Goods Warehouse Department won the first place in pétanque and received an award from the Director-General of the Customs Department.

JWD Group Together with Isuzu Motors Co., (Thailand) Ltd. Donate and Deliver CCTV to Samutprakarn Provincial Police Station

Mr. Bordin Tanthaphaiboon, Managing Director, JWD Transport and VNS Transport (JWD Group) with Isuzu Motors Co., (Thailand) Ltd. and Logistic Companies donated and delivers 40 sets of CCTV and other security equipment worth THB 196,024 total to Samutprakarn Provincial Police Station to prevent and reduce road accidents in the area of Samutprakarn including minimizing people’s property losses, injury, and life.

Mr. Nattapume Pavaratn, SVP Commercial and JWD Asia team met with His Excellency Mr. Panyarak Poolthup, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Kingdom of Cambodia, and delegations to discuss the cooperation between public and private sectors as well as sharing and exchanging the economic situation and trade issues in Cambodia and Thailand.

On September 14, Mr. Charvanin Bunditkitsada, CEO at JWD was a participant in the launch of “Bangkok Port Center” project organized by The Bangkok Port as well as one of the panelists as the ASEAN logistics and supply chain expert to share an experience on the topic of “The Analysis of the Future Situation and Trends in Logistics Technology”.

In the Occasion of 9.9, JWD Store It!, Holds the Blessing Ceremony at the Newly Opened Ladprao Branch

On September 9, Mr. Vasin Supavej, General Manager, JWD Store It! together with the management teams and staff joined in the merit activity and ceremony of Guardian Spirit for greater auspicious of the newly opened branch. JWD Store It!, Ladprao branch is a new flagship store in the heart of the city with the private air-conditioned storage units for rent to meet every customers’ lifestyle, compete with the Drive-in units which parking facility and storage space available in the same area, plus 24hr. service and the full security system are provided.

The Cold Storage Warehouse PCS Stores “The First Pallet” and Is Ready to be at Your Service

On September 5, Mr. Jitchai Nimitpanya, Deputy CEO, Mrs. Achara Nimitpanya, Director of Cold Chain Group and JWD Service Team performed the service for “the first pallet” to be stored at the ASRS Cold Storage Warehouse in Saraburi, which is capable of storing more than 11,000 pallets to support the poultry and juice products in the Eastern and Northeastern areas. The congratulations flowers were presenting by the customers at the warehouse.

JWD Together with Laem Chabang Port Donate Money to Support the Wooden Bridge Walkways Restoration

On September 5, Mrs. Narumon Cheunthaworn, Administration and Finance Department Manager, Dangerous Goods Warehouse Department was JWD representative to present THB 10,000 to support the replacement of the wooden bridge walkways for the new concrete one, together with Laem Chabang Port, in the mangrove forest, Laem Chabang Community.

The Department of Occupational Safety Health and Environment Takes Part in Emergency Planning Activity for Community and Schools around Laem Chabang Port

On September 2, Occupational Safety Health and Environment department participated in emergency planning activity for community and schools around Laem Chabang Port according to the Creating Safety Culture Project at the Welfare Centre, Laem Chabang Port, Sriracha, Chonburi which Mr.Veerachart Puttharaksa, Director, Office of Operation presided over the opening ceremony.

The Department joined to spread knowledge on the preparation for emergency and evacuate plans, and share experience of the basic guidelines after receiving emergency notification with Laem Chabang operation team, and the representatives of local community and Municipality Schools to increase the potential, improve the surveillance and prevention, and develop emergency plans for communities and schools.

On September 1, Mr. Nattapume Pavaratn, SVP Commercial, JWD and as the President of the Warehouse Silo and Cold Storage Business Association was invited to share a personal perspective on the topic of “Fulfillment and Warehouse in the 21st Century” in Trade Logistics Symposium 2022 host by Department of International Trade Promotion via online conference at Lido Connect.

JWD Group Attended the Officially Opening of “Tuas Mega Port” in Singapore

On September 1, JWD Group led by Mr. Jitchai Nimitpanya, Deputy CEO, Mr.Nattapume Pavaratn, SVP Commercial and Mr. Bordin Tanthaphaiboon, MD JWD Transport were honored to attend the officially opening of “Tuas Mega Port” in Singapore which the Prime Minister of Singapore, Mr. Lee Hsien Loong presided over the opening ceremony.

“Tuas Mega Port” is the largest and most modern port in the world handled 65 containers per year which will reinforce Singapore’s potential as a global logistics hub. The port is managed and operated by PSA Singapore, a business partner with JWD.

Students at Southeast Bangkok College Visit JWD Warehouse and Coastal Terminal at Laem Chabang

On September 1, the Faculty of Logistics and Aviation Technology, Southeast Bangkok College attended a study visit and lecture on the operations of Dangerous, General and Freezone Warehouses, and barge terminal (coastal port A).
