Aria Foods visits cold storage and Free Zone

On 31 May 2018, Pacific Cold Storage welcomed a team from Aria Foods, a major cheese and butter producer and supplier based in Europe, who toured the cold storage and studied the associated Free Zone-privileges to explore opportunities for future partnerships.

 

JWD provides DG Training for Laem Chabang Port

On 28 May 2018, JWD’s safety centre, in collaboration with Laem Chabang Port, organised “JWD DG Training” that covered the guidelines for proper handling of dangerous goods. Conducted at Laem Chabang Port Club, the event was attended by 100 participants from 30 companies, including customers, users, business firms and interested parties.

 

JVK passes test for compliance with TIS9001-2559 (ISO9001:2015) for packing, moving services

On 24 May 2018, JVK International Movers underwent, and successfully passed, a follow-up test of quality management systems according to TIS9001-2559 (ISO9001:2015) for packing and moving of household and office equipment and machines, including domestic and outbound moving by road, by sea and by air. No shortfall was found during the test, which was conducted by Management System Certification Institute (Thailand) (MASCI).

 

JWD joins SET’s ‘Opportunity Day’ event for 1Q/2018

On 21 May 2018, Mr. Charvanin Bunditkitsada (CEO) and Dr. Eakapong Tungsrisanguan (CFO) of JWD participated in the Opportunity Day event for 1Q/2018, organised by Stock Exchange of Thailand, during which they highlighted JWD’s 1Q revenue figure of THB 654.6 million, a 14.3% YoY growth.

 

JWD holds ‘Analyst Meeting’ for 1Q/2018

On 21 May 2018, Mr. Charvanin Bunditkitsada (CEO) and Dr. Eakapong Tungsrisanguan (CFO), on behalf of JWD, held an Analyst Meeting for 1Q/2018 to brief 13 analysts JWD’s situations over the previous year and the investment approach adopted for the second half of 2018.

 

Bang Sean Beach Clean-Up No. 1/2018

On 12 May 2018, JWD conducted ‘Bang Sean Beach Clean-Up No. 1/2018’ activities, which were participated by JWD employees, to promote the environmental cause, as well as the inter-departmental relationships and its good image before the public. It also offered waste containers to Saen Suk Town, a municipality in Chon Buri province.

 

JWD offers 61 scholarships to employees’ children

On 8 May 2018, Mr. Charvanin Bunditkitsada (CEO), on behalf of JWD, awarded children of the Group’s employees 61 scholarships, worth a total of THB 238,000, for 2018. The awardees, which ranged from Primary 1 to university students, were children of JWDIL employees (37), JTS employees (19), ATL employees (4) and a Store It employee.

 

JVK and DataSafe offers scholarships to employees’ children

On 3 May 2018, Ms. Amrapharn Bunditkitsada and Ms. Orawan Voranij, on behalf of JVK and DataSafe, an affiliate company of JWD Group, awarded 16 scholarships to employees’ children who got good grades in primary to higher education.

 

JVK secures international moving QA confirmation from FAIM Plus

JVK International Movers passed a quality assurance test for international moving services and won an FIDI-FAIM Plus certification for 2018 from The Federation of International Movers, the sole authoritative accreditor of international movers.

 

JWD Transport wins contract for luxury car transport for PORSCHE CLUB THAILAND’s activities to mark 70 years of Porsche

JWD Transport won a contract for the round-trip transport of Porsche luxury cars from Bangkok to Nakhon Si Thammarat as part of PORSCHE CLUB THAILAND’s major event to mark the 70th year of Porsche supercars’ existence.
