JWD partners with Twin Pine Group to issue AAA rated debentures guaranteed by CGIF Developing ESMS with globally-recognized standards for management of environmental and social impacts

JWD is proud to be one of very few companies in Thailand to have its debentures guaranteed by Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (CGIF) thus reinforcing confidence after passing the ESG assessment and having developed their Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) at the same standards adopted by leading companies who are members of Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) so as to apply these standards in the management of the environmental and social aspects of their business. The first lot of AAA rated debentures worth 700 million baht issued under the Medium-Term Note (MTN) Programme with a maturity of five years and a coupon rate of 2.1 percent was successfully offered to institutional investors.

JWD Asia Cambodia supported the first delivery of 643,000 doses of the COVID-19 Sinovac vaccines and distributed vaccines throughout Cambodia.

JWD Transport handled nationwide delivery for supercars routing Bangkok-Phuket-Bangkok and Bangkok-Buriram-Bangkok. We provided a comprehensive insurance package and GPS tracking along the way of delivery.

Pacific Logistics Pro certified with GSDP in medicines and medical supplies transportation

On the 29th of March Pacific Logistics Pro Co., Ltd. was certified with GSDP (Good Storage and Distribution Practices) in medicines and medical supplies transportation. The company passed the evaluation on their practices in human resourcing, logistics vehicles, medicines and medical supplies management and all logistics related process.

JWD Asia Cambodia donated essential goods to Cambodian migrant workers

On the 10th of March JWD Asia Cambodia, the Royal Thai Embassy and representatives from Thai private sector in Cambodia donated essential goods to Cambodian migrant workers in quarantine in the quarantine centre in Nimit Secondary School in Banteay Mechai province due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Safety Centre participated in the North Eastern Safety and Occupational Health Online Academic Seminar on the topic of “Deterring Effects of Oil or Chemical Leakage” with Thailand Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (T-OSH)

On the 9th of March the Safety Centre participated in the North Eastern Safety and Occupational Health Online Academic Seminar on the topic of “Deterring Effects of Oil or Chemical Leakage”. The seminar was held on Facebook Live by the Thailand Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (T-OSH). The Safety Centre participated and presented using JWD as a model in managing safety, occupational health, chemical and dangerous goods in Laem Chabang pier in a discussion about safety and environment management within an organisation and chemical management within an area.

Officially launches ASRS cold storage warehouse at Building No.9, PCS Mahachai

On 13 February, Mr. Jitcha Nimitpanya (Deputy CEO) and Mrs. Archara Nimitpanya, (MD of cold chain group) launched the new ASRS cold storage warehouse at PCS, Mahachai (Building 9), where the first pallet of goods was put in storage at 9.19  am.
